Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the farm’s products.
Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.
Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and control sales expenses to maximize profitability.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors.
Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural or dairy industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
