Key Accountabilities
Sign new sales contracts worth KES 150M per month from sales of new homes.
Sign new sales contracts worth KES 150M per month from sales of development rights ( serviced land).
At a minimum achieve Kes. 30M deposit per month from home and development rights sales.
Identify new business opportunities including activating partnerships with Diaspora, Agents, Corporates, Institutions, Banks, Diaspora Markets and Saccos to increase home sales.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the company value proposition through proposals, presentations and appropriate events.
Conduct promotional meetings to disseminate information on the company’s products.
New product development and implementation.
Develop and generate relevant reports and metrics.
Source, recruit, train and lead sales and marketing staff and drive sales performance.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course.
5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent analytical skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from origination to closure
Proven ability to position Centum Re value proposition to the target market
Proven experience in leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Minimum Bachelors degree – second class upper division and KCSE B+
