Sales and Marketing Executive

They seek to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing marketing strategies and fostering customer engagement to enhance our brand presence within the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Present and pitch products and services to potential customers.

Marketing Strategies & Brand Management:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all sales and marketing materials.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Generate qualified leads through digital and offline marketing efforts.

Digital & Traditional Marketing:

Manage and optimize social media, email marketing, and SEO campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Coordinate advertising efforts across digital and traditional platforms.

Event Coordination & Customer Engagement:

Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches to attract customers.
Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement to improve brand loyalty.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing reports on effectiveness and ROI.
Recommend improvements to enhance sales conversion rates and customer retention.

Required Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Sales & Marketing Executive role, preferably in furniture, retail, or interior design industries.
Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and industry data
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/marketing software applications.
