The Sales and Marketing Executive will have overall responsibility for achievement of footfalls & revenue targets for the hospital, manage & implement business development activities across all schemes of Cash, Corporates, Insurances and Facilities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Achievement of set monthly targets for footfalls & revenue for all schemes
Drive Sales & Marketing activities for all schemes & ensure business growth
Identify & qualify new prospects through effective mapping to ensure quality leads generation & conversion to actual clients
Manage referral business & bring in new clients’ accounts through MOUs/ Service Agreements with hospitals & corporates
Monitor Average Revenue Return, conversion rates & departmental performance of the assigned medical center(s) & liaise with relevant Key internal contacts to ensure optimal achievement of the same
Improve brand visibility, awareness, recall & value through BD activities
Minimize costs in BD activities undertaken and maximized revenue to improved ROI
Ensure customer delight & retention by liaising with center managers in ensuring quality service provision
Preparation and timely submission of sales & marketing activities reports
Gather market intelligence and map out competition
Develop, sustain & strengthen business relationships
Participation in organized trainings & business review meetings
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
