Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
Manage and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Logistics
Oversee the operation of the weighbridge to ensure accurate and timely weighing.
Manage the loading team, ensuring efficient operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient loading and distribution of quarry products to clients.
Manage a fleet of trucks, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and maintaining high operational standards.
Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of experience in a sales and logistics position, preferably in a fast-moving goods environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
