Job Description
Main Roles and Responsibilities

Perform sales and marketing via a mix of email and social media marketing
Exemplary customer service of the current customers and build lasting relationships
Content development such as tweets and blog posts
Setting up customer accounts
Training customers on how to use our products either on site or via skype
Attend targeted conferences and events to market our products
Following up on payments from customers

Requirements

Degree in Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT)
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in marketing preferred
Be technology savvy
Good communication skills
Be willing to learn
