Responsibilities for the Sales Agents Job
Promote and sell products door to door
Identify customers’ needs and propose the best solutions; optimise customers’ accounts and proactively cross-sell and upsell
Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and achieve set sales targets
Keep track of all customers and preferences by serving as the main contact liaison
Generate revenue by going out to look for external sales from the environment
Monitoring database of all customers served
Offer technical support and customer care to clients
Achieve and maintain the minimum product knowledge score of not less than 90%
Ensure optimal customer experience through service given and follow up on all inquires
Attend industry events to increase brand awareness and acquire new contacts
Sales Agents Job Qualifications
Bachelors in business related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in related field (preferably sales, customer relations, or merchandising)
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a team
Keen interest for water and/or family health
Customer and business focused attitude
Sense of humor when faced with rejection
Go-getter: you hate wasting time and want to get things done.
Proactive attitude to look for clients and use all the necessary tools to achieve results
Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
Excellent planning and organizational skills
