Responsibilities
Generate orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery and payment
Undertake and quickly resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Keep abreast of competition and best practices for professional growth and to assist clients in the most effective way.
Maintain a strong understanding on product inventory and technical specifications to be able to answer specific customer questions.
Establish, develop, and consolidate existing business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Any other duty assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
Are you a Kenyan aged above 25 years?
Are you passionate about sales?
Do you have experience in Selling Cement and other Construction materials?
Are you qualified to ride a motorbike?
Do you possess or own a motorbike?
Can you achieve the agreed sales targets with minimum supervision?
Do you possess attributes that will enable you upsell and cross-sell our products?
Do you possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills?
Do you own an android phone?
Can you work on commission basis?
