Sales Administrator and Customer Experience Coordinator – Updated

This job post has been updated. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator and Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this combined role, you will be responsible for both administrative support for the sales team and directly engaging with customers, including walk-in clients. You will play a key role in facilitating sales by explaining our product offerings, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:

Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
Maintain and update sales records, ensuring accurate documentation of all customer interactions and orders in the CRM system.
Assist with order processing, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely shipments.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock requests to prevent delays in order processing.
Manage sales calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Generate and process sales-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
Assist with sales forecasting and reporting, providing insights to the sales team for improved performance.

Customer Experience:

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, offering a welcoming and professional experience.
Proactively engage with walk-in clients, providing information about our product offerings and understanding their needs to guide them to the right solutions.
Assist customers in making informed decisions by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing in detail.
Achieve sales targets by closing sales with walk-in clients and supporting the team in meeting overall sales goals.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

Sales and Target Achievement:

Take ownership of achieving individual sales targets from walk-in clients and contribute to the overall sales goals.
Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
Track and report on sales performance, meeting KPIs related to walk-in customer sales and product recommendations.
Monitor customer preferences and market trends to recommend relevant products or services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a retail/sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly from walk-in customers.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
