Sales Administrator

We are looking for a sales administrator who will help build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with our internal teams to consistently deliver excellent customer experiences. You are expected to achieve your key sales deliverables by upselling and cross-selling our solutions to new and existing customers from our consumer market.
From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you’ll play an integral role in helping our products and services reach their intended audience. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient sales tactics to broaden our customer base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate quality leads to expand our customer base through upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing customers
Actively source for new sales opportunities for our consumer products through various outbound sales channels.
Follow up on inquiries made by potential customers through various channels (Website, Email, Outbound links etc).
Profile and qualify new customers and leads
Set up meetings between potential customers and relevant internal teams.
Conduct market research and intelligence
Schedule customer discovery meeting to define their needs and requirements
Review, qualify, and route complex and large opportunities to appropriate teams for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve periodic quotas
Maintain and expand the database of prospects and contacts within your assigned market segments
Perform effective product demos to prospects
Review customer journeys and take a consultative approach to helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
Liaise and collaborate with Technical support and Operations teams to understand the pulse of our customers
Follow up on renewals of maintenance and support contracts
Mitigate customer churn risks by ensuring contracts and documentation are in place
