Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and generation of sales reports and analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
Support the sales team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in sales administration in a manufacturing campany is a plus.
