Excellent proposal handling skills in relation to quotations for all customers
Conversions of quotations to LPOs
Ensure timeliness in submission of pre-qualifications, tenders and request for quotations
LPO Processing
Lead generation
Sales follow-up
Skills and knowledge
Experience in sales environment
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Business management skills.
Great document handling skills – proposal preparation, formatting & tender compilation.
The ability to sell products and services.
Persistence and determination
Understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, BBIT or similar preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e email, word, presentation, spreadsheet, etc).
