Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Duties And Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits, emphasizing how they meet the needs of the customer.

Negotiating and Closing:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure agreements.
Close sales and finalize transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing information and support to help clients make informed decisions.

Customer Service:

Deal effectively with customer complaints and provide timely resolution.
Ensuring adequate communication with the customer, post-delivery service, and forwarding feedback/complaints/changes to requirements from there.

Continuous Improvement:

Seek customer feedback and stay informed about market conditions to adapt and improve sales strategies.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Product Knowledge:

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential customers.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Administration:

Compile individual sales reports as per the company requirements.
Responsible for accuracy of information, updating and monitoring of information from input to completion of the order.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business-related
Should hold at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Selling Skills (B2B)
Strong understanding of Customer market dynamics and requirements
Pipeline Management skills
Good Negotiation & Closing Skills (Consistent track record in achieving sales targets)
Rapport Building Skills
Prospecting Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
