Promote and sell all the company products under specified categories
Create awareness of company products & services to key target groups
Coordinate company’s Commercial & Industrial Sales activities with the aim of satisfying customer needs and maximizing revenues.
Market research on new products to be added on your category
Develop, design and calculate attractive offers and promotions based on market feedback or established demand
Segment the market accordingly and develop segment-specific strategies in each county
Shortlist potential clients and identify sales approach with a long-term partner strategy in mind
Establish relationships with strategic partners, relevant authorities and network with various industry players for in-depth market knowledge and supportive relations
Develop a strong market-segment driven strategy for the penetration of the Kenyan market for water treatment and disinfection based on facts and research
Fully contribute to the design and review of company’s business strategy
Actively execute key management decisions in the business operation (sales, shop performance, market research, procurement, contracting, training, customer service, etc.)
Ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded
Ensure that costs-of-sale are controlled in a detailed and structural manner
Have detailed knowledge of various water challenges, the solutions and hence the prescribed products
Ensure staff are highly motivated and trained on the service standards of the company to ensure quality service delivery.
Coordinate sales activities with the aim of growing market share and exceeding revenue targets
Analyze competitors’ activities and pricing strategy
Monitor all offers and quotations as well as cross selling all products accordingly
Maintain accuracy of all sales and other business-related data
Review all work schedules and approve according to business needs
Qualifications
University Graduate in Business Management, Commerce, Business, Economics or other related studies.
Diploma or College Certificate in Sales or Sales & Marketing
At least 2 years Business Development Management and at least 5 years in Sales
Must be Experienced in Water Treatment & Testing Equipment and Design
Should possess good team management skills
Experience in contracting, negotiation, target setting, budget creation and statistical analysis
Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
