Sales Account Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

Play a role in getting the hotel approved on listings for assigned accounts locally and globally.
Propose yearly business cases for global accounts to be included in the RFP.
Respond to Global RFPs and RFPs as per the company policy.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with clients, preparing proposals and sale agreements in accordance with company policies.
Management of relationships with clients by making regular sales calls, understanding their needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
Coordinate needs for meetings & events and accommodation requests.
Maximize group business contributions, generating room and event revenues while meeting budgets set. Respond to group inquiries.
Manage and update profiles as per company policy on Delphi and PMS.
Record all confirmed and non-confirmed bookings.
Share industry trends and best practices with the team regularly.
Provide weekly and daily sales activity reports with clear objectives.
Understand the annual budget and business plan.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of similar experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Coordinate problem-solving as needed.
Maintain responsive communication with all accounts and prospects.
