Routing Specialist – EMEA

The telecom industry is fragmented by different technologies, regulations and infrastructure. We are disrupting this trillion dollar industry by transforming complicated technology into simple but powerful solutions.
We’ve built our own Smart-Routing algorithm in-house, through which we send millions of messages and voice calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In a market where key elements such as pricing and performance are constantly fluctuating, we’re looking for a EMEA-based Routing Specialist to provide regional insights, to build routing products our customers love, at the highest quality and for the best cost.
Working closely with our Carrier Services Team you will be responsible for bringing our regional SMS products to market and ensuring that they remain world class.

What You’ll Do

Ensure the performance of our Smart-Routing™ algorithm is constantly optimized and meets the needs of the market
Define and implement our routing strategy for your region
Deliver products that our customers will love
Take charge of technical implementation and maintenance of Operator/Supplier connections
Become the go-to for local routing queries and keep our knowledge bases up to date with the latest local and regional trends
Review pricing data for accuracy to enable key decision-making
Take charge of technical implementation and maintenance of Operator/Supplier connections.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 2 years experience in SMS/Voice/CPaaS
You know how to focus, set priorities and deliver i.e. get shit done!
You have an analytical mind and an eye for detail.
You have the curiosity and drive to understand both the unique needs of our customers and the dynamics of an ever-changing industry.
Excel/Google Workspace skills are a must. You are a natural working with data.
You can translate commercial opportunities into technical realities.
Telco background is preferable
Fluent English and one other regional language
Based anywhere in the EMEA region
