A Team player who is proactive and a self-starter.
Certificate of Good Conduct not more than six months old.
Prepared to work fixed shifts at a specific time of day / days of the week
Understanding of key performance indicators within rig events team that impact on internal and external customers
Communicate effectively with the Events Team Leader on the rig route plan execution
Communicates effectively and professionally with the team and with other stakeholders
Works effectively and competently with Company commercial documentation

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic
Generate innovative ideas to develop winning strategic/activities for NARTD growth and fight against competition.
Lead coordination of consumer experiential activations in the scope of all types of national promotions from bundling, redemption and others including the strategic experiential sampling that drives recruitment and trial creating new brand affinity (awareness) events marketing to drive brand saliency and conversation.
Operational.
Development of experimental marketing activities and execution of tailor made promotions/ solutions for CCBA – Kenya
Develop product talk and awareness campaigns based on plans.
Ensure safe operations of all activities, legal and KO compliance and standards maintained through the activations.
Asset/RIG Management
MC eing
Ensure Brand Visibility on Events and Full Implementation of Picture of Success
Skills, Experience & Education
Diploma in a Business Related filed.
At least 4 years working experience.
Extensive knowledge of music and knowledge of his/her audience.
least 2 years’ experience in the management of roadshows.
