Restaurant Manager & Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, focusing on training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations, maintaining smooth service and consistently upholding our high standards.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through networking, sales initiatives, and creative promotions.
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, handling feedback
and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences and coordinate activities.
Manage inventory and procurement to keep operations running smoothly.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare monthly timetables and staff schedules.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Experience with ERP systems such as Micros or similar.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Proven experience in sales, networking, and business development.
Mature, poised, and adept at handling challenging situations with tact.
Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality industry standards, regulations, and health protocols.
