Restaurant Manager Management Trainee

Restaurant Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities
Promote hotels brands and policies
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant.
Ensure effective management delivery to all food & Beverages outlets
Ensures guest service meets company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Respond to customer complaints & taking appropriate action to solve issues and problems.
Train and develop duty rotas for floor supervisors and hourly employee orientations, ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Closely monitor the safety of the restaurant guests and staff through execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
Have a good working knowledge of all equipment and efficiently takes care of preventative measures.
Education Requirements for Restaurant Manager Job
Diploma in hospitality
Knowledge with Hotel system eg opera MC
5 Year experience as a restaurant manager.
