ABOUT THE CAREER

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent.
Your will drive our workforce planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Note-This is a contract role (9-12 months contract)

Financial perspective

Optimize talent acquisition budget to ensure operational efficiency.

Customer centricity

Work jointly with stakeholders and team to ensure the implementation of people strategies.
Drive a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Internal business processes

Coordinating with external vendors involved in the recruitment process to ensure timely delivery on recruitment projects.
Be an advocate for a continually improving way of working within the team to drive efficient and impactful engagement and accurate delivery of service.
Manage the new employee on-boarding experience for all joiners.
Drive critical projects like NCBA Go-Getter Internship Program, Employer branding, and Talent Acquisition tools optimization.

Learning and growth

Self-starter in maintaining high performance and advise team leader in functional management.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition and management.

What you will bring to the journey

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited university
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking systems like SAP Success Factors and Taleo
At least 5 years’ experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment role.
Demonstrated experience implementing innovative recruitment strategies, such as gamification, virtual reality simulations, and talent communities
Completed or ongoing CHRP certification
Familiarity with cybersecurity and GDPR best practices in talent acquisition
Proven track record of consistently supporting the achievement of an organisation’s people strategy, with a market reputation of being a trusted advisor on matters pertaining to talent acquisition
Banking/Fintech/tech recruitment experience will be a plus
