About the job
Reporting to the Human Resource Director, the Resourcing Manager, shall lead the resourcing at G4S Kenya business in line with the Human Resources forecasting and planning in order to ensure that there is optimal establishment for the efficient running of the business by developing a resourcing strategy aligned to the current and future needs of G4S Kenya and in line with the Group Resourcing Policy and Minimum Standards.
Responsibilities
Manages the end to end resourcing process, through developing a resourcing strategy that attracts the best fit candidates for the organization within a competitive labour market whilst embracing modern resourcing processes, tools and techniques.
Conduct resourcing across the G4S Kenya business
Develop and align job competency framework with recruitment and selection processes, performance management and development strategies
Participation in the formulation and development of talent management and succession planning
Build and implement a sustainable Employee Value Proposition
Oversee vetting processes in order to ensure minimum or no derogations
Reporting – vacancy List both direct and indirect employees that contains active vacancies, resourcing status, filled vacancies, declined vacancies, cancelled vacancies
Ensure statutory and company guidelines are enforced in relation to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Human Resource
Ideal candidate:
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
National Diploma in Human Resources and/or Certified Human Resources Professional
Kenya Labor market and legislation knowledge
Experience
A minimum of 7 years in Human Resources Management in a large business dealing with unionised employees
A minimum of 2 years in resourcing for a large business in a commercial sector and adequate knowledge of the Kenya labour market
