Reservations Manager Executive Sous Chef

Job Description

To lead and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the reservations operation, ensuring everyone contacting the Reservations department receives an optimum level of services and care at all times.
Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
To support all other departments, especially Sales ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay with us and Hotel Room Sale has reached required level.
To maximize Hotel revenue by identifying and accurately recording guest needs and special requests, and conducting continues trainings for Reservations’ team.
Gives feedback on developing, implementing and managing rate structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis. 
Prepare arrival lists and do reservations checks to ensure every booking is confirmed and guaranteed.
Maintain a consistent focus on improving the overall flow of Reservations operations.
To lead daily Reservations briefings and monthly employee meetings
Ensure all team members are aware of all room revenue targets and are kept informed of performance results.
Handle guest complaints and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
To ensure the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.
Ensure that hotels’ website is fully optimized to maximize traffic from key search engines

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar capacity is required.
Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Excellent telephone presentation, sales skills and ability to upsell is a plus.
Highly interactive and people-friendly attitude.
