Remittance Product Manager – Diaspora Banking and Remittances

The Role:
Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:

Work with ICT on new cross-border product development, enhancements, and innovations
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, controls, and expected deliverables
Partner with ICT on system integrations and testing
Timely submission of project progress reports to all stakeholders
Delivery of project quality standard based on the agreed timelines
Conduct post project evaluation and dissemination activities for stakeholders
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services/system success rate through monitoring and remediation of technical vulnerabilities in a timely manner
Remittance transaction and volume performance reporting
Branch remittance performance reporting
Sub-agent remittance performance reporting
MTO and branch Support on System Issues
Reconciliation of remittance transactions

Skills, Competencies and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3 years of IT/Product Management experience in FinTech/Money Transfer business
Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and proven ability to leverage data in decision making.
High level collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment with a focus of winning as a team.
Demonstrate a solid awareness in risk management whilst driving service excellence.
