Relationship Officer – Town Office Underwriting Assistant – General Business

PURPOSE:
To generate revenues and maintain relationship from the branch sector.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generating new business from various sectors;
Servicing existing clients;
Training new and existing clients on products;
Attending to customers complaints;
Preparations of quotations;
Promoting CIC brand;
Develop and maintain close working relationships with church-based intermediaries;
Building and maintaining strategic relationships in the church sector and
Ensuring proper coding of business to ensure proper capturing of church business.

Academic and Professional Requirements
Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or in a related field
Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications
Certification in either of the following will be an added advantage; ACII, AIIK or COP
