Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing of new and existing products.
Advising clients on various services and products.
Developing and maintaining professional customer relationships.
Performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under client guidance.
Initiating apt activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to customers.
Helping clients to attain approval on new loans.
Conducting evaluation of client’s accounts; and
Collection of arrears and due loans
Delinquency management
Skills & Experience
Diploma/ Degree in a business-related field
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to leverage on Technology
Self-starter and assertive
Flexible to embrace change with ease
Self – motivated
Good understanding of customer service and experience
