They are experts in insurance product design and delivery; farmer sensitization and training; digital extension services and project monitoring and evaluation.
To date they have reached over 3.4 million farmers with our insurance and digital products across 11 countries in Africa and Asia
We are looking for a superstar business development executive who will build their network of partnerships with social enterprises, agritechs and off takers that provide credit, inputs or other forms of support to smallholder farmers; with the goal of bundling insurance with the credit/inputs.
The candidate may be based anywhere in the world and will focus on organisations based in Asia and in Africa.
Your responsibilities: Business Development and Sales:
The candidate will approach target organisations, qualify opportunities and, ultimately, close on business partnerships that bundle insurance with inputs/credit provided by social enterprises, agritechs and off takers supporting the smallholder farmer
Your strengths and experience:
Extensive experience in sales with strong business development skills.
Experience selling to agricultural social enterprises, micro finance and/or agritechs.
Excellent communication skills in English.
High-level of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Agile and explorative by nature.
