Regional Sales Manager

Key responsibilities:

 Meet sales targets

Maximize price realisation within set parameters
Achieve product-wise, profile-wise, targeted product mix including new products
Promote product at strategic locations through road shows and customer contact program at retail outlets
Book orders from distributors/retailers and collect payment as per the monthly plan
Identify and recommend new stockists/ retailers in assigned territories and retain credible customers
Execute the Sales Promotion plan as per the yearly promotion calendar
Ensure delivery and display of POS material and its effective usage 

 Customer Satisfaction

Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
Resolve customer complaints and give timely feedback
Ensure all accounts are within the stipulated credit limit, fulfil credit formalities with a personal guarantee form and reconcile all accounts within the stipulated period.
Visit customers regularly and carry out over-the-counter activities 

Prepare and submit appropriate reports on a timely basis

Requirements

Qualifications required:

Minimum academic qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Qualifications as an added advantage:  Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Professional registration:   

Experience required:

General work experience (years): 7-10 years
Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 7 years
