About The Role
Apollo is seeking a commercially minded strategic thinker to join the sales team as Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee the execution of Apollo’s sales strategy at the regional level, while managing a number of Field Sales Managers who work directly with field sales agents to ensure Apollo’s product reaches its target customers. A core focus of this role is to ensure the recruitment of high-performing field agents, provide high quality training, drive agent productivity, maintain data integrity, meet sales performance targets, leverage data insights for strategic decision-making, manage government relations, and foster partner relationships within the assigned region The successful candidate will be comfortable leveraging analytics and both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy, manage team performance and build strong processes and systems to support scale. The Regional Sales Manager will be Apollo’s expert on farmers and agents in their region with occasional travel to the field.
