Regional Sales Manager

The role:
The position will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager and responsible for developing the regional sales strategy.
Supply planning and liaising with farming and production operations.
Developing and presenting business cases/strategies on a quarterly and annual bases to the senior management team.
Lead a team of sales and supply chain professionals.
Win and develop new and existing clients, including negotiating contractual agreements.
The successful applicant will have:
5 year senior sales management experience, within a relevant environment
Excellent knowledge of the agricultural sector, ideally having spent part of their career in a farming function.
A strong management background, having lead teams and developed successful sales strategies.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Educated to a degree level.
