Regional Sales Manager – 10 Positions

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for enhancing business development activities, new customer acquisition & market penetration by providing sales leadership and execution to achieve set sales targets.
Principal Accountabilities
Business Development

Recruitment of Agents, Super Agents & Loans Customers In accordance with set criteria
Growing Agents Business Portfolio in assigned region
Signing New MOUs with various Civil Servant entities.
Recruitment, Training and Managing Business Development Executives
Prospecting For New Business Opportunities and Ensuring All clients Are active across the assigned region
Planning and Executing Specific Sales & marketing Programs as directed to achieve set targets
Drive appreciation of Jafari Credit Business across the targeted clients
Ensuring 100% Compliance to Jafari Credit processes and procedures across the region
Ensure the Jafari Credit Corporate image is always maintained
Gathering market intelligence for improvement of the Business
To generate necessary reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and basis.

Agent and Client Administration

To facilitate New Agents & Clients On boarding, Creation and Maintenance in the system
To ensure proper relationship Management and execution of all Contracts

Reporting
To send monthly reports on each client performance
Minimum Qualifications

 Degree in a business-related course from an accredited Institution
 Good product knowledge of the payroll product
 Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position with a strong performance record
 Experience in relationship management
 Team player with excellent interpersonal and Selling skills
 Good planning and organization skills
 Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
