The main responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
Identify potential risk-return opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Only Candidates currently based in Kenya will be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial and sales roles within the Medical devices industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
Strong negotiation skills, sales, finance, and relationship management.
Willingness to travel as the job requires.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
