Job Responsibilities:
Be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of the real estate brokerage company in Kenya, and formulate and implement regional market expansion strategies.
Deeply integrate local brokerage resources, establish and operate an information platform website for the brokerage company, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with peer brokerage companies, business teams, developers, and housing projects.
Accurately grasp the local real estate market dynamics and formulate sales strategies and channel cooperation plans that fit the regional characteristics.
Build and manage a professional team, cultivate high-quality business personnel, and establish an efficient real estate brokerage team.
Optimize localized business processes, innovate business cooperation models, and increase market share.
Maintain important customer relationships and handle major business negotiations and key resource connections.

Qualifications:
Over 5 years of management experience in the real estate brokerage industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a local brokerage company manager.
Familiarity with the local real estate sales, rental, and land transaction markets, as well as their operational rules.
A deep understanding of the unique aspects of local real estate transactions (such as second-hand housing transaction processes, new housing distribution rules, school district housing operations, etc.), and mastery of the three core resources of the regional market:
Peer Alliance: Established cooperative resources with peer brokerage companies.
Channel Network: Direct connections with developers and on-sale housing projects.
Team Foundation: Stable cooperative sales teams and a pool of high-quality business personnel.
Strong resource integration capabilities to quickly establish upstream and downstream cooperation channels.
Excellent market insight to develop differentiated competitive strategies based on regional characteristics.
Good ability to maintain government relations and industry connections.
Familiarity with local dialects and business culture; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
