Regional Manager

The successful candidate shall be required to develop effective management plans of the regional licensing activities. The RM shall report to the Head of Licensing, KAMP-PRISK.
Regional Manager Job Responsibilities
Supervise Licensing Agents in the assigned region.
Manage and coordinate assigned regional licensing and enforcement activities.
Develop and implement licensing plans and Collecting strategies
Expand and develop licensing platforms
Manage the productivity of the licensing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on a weekly basis all licensing collection results of the assigned region.
Manage the Societies related operations within his/her region
Build strategies for better revenue collection
Qualifications for the Regional Manager Job
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with one year experience in sales and marketing or Diploma with at least three years experience in sales and marketing preferably with demonstrable performance record in either scenario.
Good knowledge of copyright and related rights is an added advantage. Candidates with vast experience in sales and marketing in this area are highly encouraged to apply.
Integrity and honesty with no criminal past. Good Conduct certificate shall be a requirement.
