Regional Manager

Will be reporting to Operations Manager
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and result-driven regional manager.
The job holder will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure company growth and expansion
Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to exceed them
Address customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
Collaborate with driver community manager to develop and expand the driver supply
Assist in the onboarding and training of new drivers, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational standards
Support the driver community manager in achieving operational KPIs for the assigned region
Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to the company to inform strategic decision-making and product development
Continuously evaluate the user experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

A degree in business administration, marketing or a related field, diploma in a related field with 5 years of working experience.
Proven track record in successful business development, sales or account management roles, preferably in the transportation industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in managing client relationships and professionally resolving issues.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
