Key Responsibilities:
Drive student recruitment from the region to achieve set annual targets and KPIs for ECU and Edith Cowan College (ECC)
Provide education agents and business partners with regular training on ECU programs, pathways, compliance, and other required topics.
Represent ECU at education exhibitions and recruitment events in the market.
Organize and run tailored events promoting ECU to prospective students.
Work effectively with the Line Manager to develop and implement strategies to optimize the results from the region.
Leverage the existing relationships and market intelligence to identify viable business opportunities, target markets, and segments.
Provide reports on in-market activity, results, and insights as required.
Promote ECU and partners by liaison with various external stakeholders such as Austrade, DoHA, and other government bodies.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Strong command in the English language both oral and written.
Tertiary degree level qualification and relevant work experience
High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of in-market activities.
Proven track record of implementation of innovative business development/improvement strategies
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines, change priorities and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
Experience with the West African Market
Desirable Skills:
Experience working as a representative for an Australian or other international institution in the market.
International study experience(s)
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
