Regional Head of Support Services Camp Manager

About the job

As our Regional Head of Support Services, you will lead and develop our regional teams in HR, Finance, IT and Supply Chain. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement regional strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals and monitoring outcomes.
Coordinate the implementation and use of DRC’s global ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), policies, and tools across the region.
Facilitate annual planning, reviews, and liaise with HQ for global policy alignment.
Establish and monitor regional budgets and oversee country financial performance.
Ensure compliance and risk management through audits, training, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Oversee HR initiatives including onboarding, succession planning, and compliance with global policies.
Provide technical support and capacity building for finance and supply chain operations in country offices.
Oversee IT solutions, strategy, and end-user support across the region.
Support donor relations and ensure operational capacity for emergency response.

Moreover, we also expect the following:

Required

At least 4 years’ experience in relevant field
At least 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership role
Proven operational management experience and capability, including in conflict areas
Proven significant financial, information and systems management experience
Understanding and experience of institutional fundraising
Experience working in an ERP system, including supply chain, finance and HR systems
