What you will be doing:
Transform the employee experience with a digital-first approach, harnessing the power of data and technology to drive engagement, development, and empowerment across the organization.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all business lines, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the company’s values and culture.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, enhance employee morale and motivation, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to all departments, tailored to the specific local needs and regulations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning, to support employee growth and development and drive performance excellence.
Oversee administrative services while ensuring all workplace health and safety standards are consistently upheld while managing the costs effectively.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR practices and policies comply with local regulations and mitigate legal risks.
Lead and inspire a team of 4 HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve HR objectives.
Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
