Regional Business Manager

Core Responsibilities

Prepare and present proposals to corporates, insurances, Government institutions and the public that goes hand-in-hand to increase revenues and footfall numbers to our facilities.
Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team (TSLs).
Vet, approve, support and supervise daily Territory Sales Leads (TSLS) activities
Prepare and present daily regional reports to the management.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companies’ customers base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Collaborate with the marketing, advertising heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
Follow up on all services queries for the signed-up clients, plan and attend service meeting, address and provide timely feedback.
Maintain proper record of prospects made, activities undertaken activations, medical camps done and give a written report every month.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and elder -care facilities in order to generate sales for both.
Work in close collaboration with respective Centre Managers (CMs) to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services to our esteemed clients/patients.
Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to TSLs so as they achieve their key deliverables.
Continuously work to understand the needs of insurance & corporate companies and large employers to be able to develop and sell solutions that meet their needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a Degree   holder in business related field 
VERY good in and efficient in computer (mostly efficient in excel).
Excellent communication skills.

Experience

2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Technical skills/Leadership competencies

Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk

Language Skills

English
Swahili (Preferred)
