About the Role
Lori is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will be responsible for designing and overseeing the company’s hiring efforts. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions. This will also involve updating current recruiting procedures, designing new recruiting procedures, supervising the recruiting team and keeping track of recruiting metrics.
Detailed Responsibilities
Update current and design new recruiting procedures and keep track of recruiting metrics
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Implement new sourcing methods
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve Lori’s employer brand
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
You have a passion for Lori’s mission and vision
You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting or similar role
You are a strategic thinker with great execution skills
You have an excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates’ selection methods
You have a great ability to multi-task
You have a good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
You are a critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
You have good interpersonal, presentation and communication and time-management skills
You are willing and able to get into the weeds and solve the problems at hand if needed
