Detailed Responsibilities:
Analytical and Systems Thinking
Refine pre-existing and develop new selection tools to ensure alignment between how the organization hires and what’s needed for each role
Identify employees’ skills and competencies, create competency models and monitor performance giving feedback
Analyze and manage staffing needs and a portfolio of open positions across the organization to ensure there are no gaps
Exercise sound judgment and strong decision-making to select the right talent for the right job
Relationship Building
Create a cohesive HR department that works collaboratively to achieve the goals of Nova Pioneer
Build strong relationships across diverse audiences
Increase local and international awareness about Nova Pioneer and the career opportunities available by planning and hosting outreach events (e.g., at school campuses) and attend events hosted externally
Leadership & Communication
Liaise with school leaders and hiring manager to design and execute hiring plans
Share knowledge and experience with the team members and give feedback to employees
Build strong relationships across diverse audiences
Manage and allocate the recruitment budget
