What you will be doing:
You’ll work closely with the Global Recruitment Manager to build sustainable recruiting strategies specific to our Field Operations function.
You’ll coordinate all of our recruiting activities with candidates and correspond with them in a warm, helpful, and friendly tone, whether it be via email, voice, or video.
You’ll schedule and conduct our Pula culture screens, schedule functional fit interviews, coordinate assessments and run our reference check process.
You’ll work to ensure our applicant tracking system is the single source of truth and that all the data is correct.
You’ll proactively iterate to ensure the candidate experience is high-touch, empathetic, and organized, with no candidate being dropped.
You’ll run points for recruitment in support service departments.
What you need to have to be successful:
Background in recruiting in the Agriculture space
3 years experience in a recruitment role in a high pressure and innovative organization
You are customer experience-focused and are able to work with a strong sense of urgency while balancing priorities.
You have a warm, engaging personality and enjoy connecting with people.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are organized and able to create order out of chaos.
You enjoy collaborating with others and want to work cross-departmentally to build and refine a recruiting process.
You want to learn and grow and love giving and receiving constructive feedback.
You don’t think outside the box, for you there is no box!
