We’re looking for a recruiter with skill and experience in web development, to join our Kenyan team. You will be managing and taking part in recruitment projects, especially when we recruit web developers. You will be recruiting to fulfill our internal stakeholders needs.

What we need
Skills and experience in recruitment, especially in Kenya
Skills and experience in web development, and the ability to gauge candidates’ web development skills
The ability to read people accurately and objectively
High standards, and the discipline to uphold them
Competence and leadership
Experience in managing recruitment projects is a plus
Responsibilities
Planning and managing recruitment projects
Creating a solid plan for each project
Monitoring the progress of each project, upholding high standards throughout
Making adjustments when necessary
Participating in recruitment projects
Going through and doing selections on job applications
Conducting interviews
Following administrative procedures (writing notes, etc.)
Coordinate with other teams
Maintain coordination and communication with internal clients
Maintain coordination and communication with the HR team in other countries
Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
Seniority Level
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting programmers or web developers
