Receptionist School Principal

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and parents professionally and courteously.
Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls promptly and efficiently.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments, and meetings held in school.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiently to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails.
Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in the expected time.
Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations of the reception area.
Communicate effectively and courteously with visitors, parents, and staff.
Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and integrity.
Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Secretarial studies or a business-related course.
Additional Certification such as Certified Public Secretaries is an added advantage.
1 Year working experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Polite and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
