Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in identifying and acquiring properties that meet their needs.
Provide clients with detailed information on properties, including price, location, and features.
Conduct site visits for potential buyers and tenants.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Stay informed about the real estate market and CPK’s property listings.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster client loyalty and referrals.
Assist in negotiating property deals with clients.

Qualifications:
Education: Recent graduates (within the last two years).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of listing and inquiry management software.
Familiarity with social media management for real estate promotion is a plus.

Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about real estate processes and regulations.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
