DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company
Promote sales of land through advertisements, social media platforms &networking.
Coordinate appointments to show land to prospective buyers.
Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
Develop and maintain relationship with clients & maintain contacts of all potential customers.
Interview clients to determine what kinds of land they are seeking
Make presentations to clients & take them to see the land.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase
agreements, closing statements, deeds & leases.
Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in sales and marketing or any other related fields
2-3 years experience in real estate sales
Hardworking, goal oriented & self motivated.
