Responsibilities:
Identify and nurture new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques
Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and be a trusted advisor to clients
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay informed and promote the company
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute company-wide sales strategies
Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid real estate license is required
Prior experience mentoring and training junior sales team members
Knowledge of Kenyan law, specifically as it pertains to real estate transactions and regulations
