Job Description:
Villa Care Ltd, a subsidiary of Homes Universal, is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting and selling residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote residential properties.
Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to schedule property viewings and open houses.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends.
Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
Experience:
Previous experience in real estate marketing or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms.
