Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineer.
2 years’ experience in manufacturing /production environment.
Strong communication Skill, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies.
Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
Knowledge of Kaizen and 5s principles and practices in production.
Must be logical and attentive to details.
Exposure in motor industry or vehicle accessories will be an added advantage.
Time and stress management skills.
Quick learner and can work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Flexible and able to multi-task
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation and production of process engineering charts.
Follow on operational processes and submit their time study.
Participate in timely control checks.
Knowledge in occupational health and safety procedures will be an added advantage.
Follow product from design stage.
Update job knowledge and maintain quality standards.
Coach and mentor junior employee; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others
Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
Approve all in-process production by confirming required specification, conducting visual and measurement tests and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor.
