Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the highest product and service standards.
Conduct audits to identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks.
Analyse data to monitor quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Design and deliver training programs to improve processes and foster a culture of quality across the organization.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all manufacturing processes.
Evaluate and analyse Quality Control reports from section-level Quality Controllers for accuracy and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive solutions, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
