Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description
The successful Candidate will be responsible for establishing procedures and quality standards and to monitor these against agreed targets.
Roles

Planning and instituting a company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications
Revising customer requirements and making ensuring they are met
Liaising with Procurement team to guarantee quality supplies from external suppliers
Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
Ensure waste reduction and increasing process efficiency & effectiveness
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
Setting up and maintaining controls measures
Assessing performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in social Sciences with a minimum of three (3) years of progressively experience OR
Diploma business Administration /Management, Project Management or Hospitality with a minimum of five (5) years of progressively in the hospitality environment
